From Anas, radiyallahu 'anhu, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, say:
"Allah the Almighty has said:
'O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me, and hope in Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind.
O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds in the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I shall forgive you.
O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with an earthful of sins and were you then to face Me, without having associated anything with Me, I shall grant you an earthful of pardon.'"

Sometimes when you put too much hope on others, you tend to get dissapointed.
People don't live up to your expectations, and you'll end up feeling frustrated.
Not that I am complaining I am given such test. I thought it would be easy to make a change.
But as what I've learnt throughout the journey of this life, life would be full of tests.
Do men imagine that they will be left (at ease) because they say, We believe, and will not be tested with affliction? Lo! We tested those who were before them. Thus Allah knoweth those who are sincere, and knoweth those who feign. (29:2-3)
I can expect progress, not immediate success. I cannot expect people to change if they themselves do not wish to change.
I can't change the way people think in a blink of eye. Regardless of what I say or do, the mind has control on their master.

If Allah is your helper none can overcome you, and if He withdraw His help from you, who is there who can help you after Him? In Allah let believers put their trust. (3:160)
Turn to Allah whenever you have problem. It doesn't matter what kind of problem you're facing because He will surely give you ways to solve 'em out.
